Lunatic City

The Circle Tightens! Frank Parker should be riding high after taking down another dangerous foe, but someone close lies dead at Katsaros' hand. And, there's nothing he can do about it. The TCPD has built a powerful case against him, and they're running out of patience. Soon, Frank will lose his freedom, and both Katsaros and Rick's murderer might escape justice forever. And that's the good news. As Frank does his best to dodge arrest in the Upper City, word of a Lunatic plot to tie up loose ends reaches him. Now, he must not only stay ahead of the TCPD, but also race after the elusive hitman who's been stalking him before he can find Suzanne and Mattie.
