My memoir book takes you through many events and adventures with a detailed view of living life with a mental illness. It takes you on a journey to places you've never been before with shocking events that will amaze you. It also offers hope to others that you can lead a normal life and still do well with schizoaffective disorder. It offers great advice and education on my mental health diagnosis for health care professionals, carers, and relatives of those with a mental illness similar to mine.
