Law Enforcement Bodies and Economic Security of the State

The monograph is devoted to the important and topical topic of the problems of ensuring economic security through the prism of the transformation of the system of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. Contemporary realities of economic life are inseparably linked to the issue of the economic security of the state. In the context of growing challenges and threats associated with globalization, technological changes, and other factors, an effective system of economic security becomes one of the most crucial components of a country's stability. This monograph is dedicated to analyzing the modern system of the state's economic security, specifically its normative-legal framework, the administrative-legal status of entities ensuring its functioning, as well as risks affecting economic security and the interactions of law enforcement agencies in this context. The relevance of this research is primarily driven by the increasing demands of global competition, technological changes, and geopolitical turbulence, making the economic security of the state critically important.
