Bag om La Cucina di Mia Madre

Bernadette Antonellis was born and raised in Newton, Massachusetts in the village of Nonantum, fondly known as "The Lake". While growing up, this neighborhood was primarily comprised of Italian-Americans, many of whom immigrated from Nonantum's sister City San Donato Val Di Camino in the Lazio region of Italy. A retired post-anesthesia care registered nurse, published poet, and songwriter, Bernadette also holds a bachelor's degree from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, an associate's degree in nursing science from Rivier College in Nashua, New Hampshire, and an associate degree in liberal arts, from Lasell College in Newton, Massachusetts. She also studied Usui Reiki under the guidance of Libby Barnett at the Reiki Institute of Wilton, New Hampshire and was awarded a Reiki Master in 2015. Married with two grown children, Bernadette resides in Windham, New Hampshire. Bernadette is a self-proclaimed foodie who has a great sense of passion for life and all things edible.
