Due to the intense competition in the Olympic Games, Monaco high-end conference has emerged: "IOC World conference on Prevention of injury and illness in sport". Correspondingly, due to the fierce competition in the Olympic Game, new disciplines have emerged: sports medical psychology, sports psychiatry (F., Gardner, 2005; L. J., Zhu, 2005; L.J., Zhu, J., Heil, 2011a, 2011b; D., Baron, et.al., 2013;; L.J., Zhu, J., Heil, D., Baron, 2014; L.J., Zhu, J., Heil, D., 2015; Gouttebarge V, 2016; Solomon GS., et.al., 2016; Nixdorf I, et.al., 2016; L.J., Zhu, J., Heil, D., Baron, 2017a, 2017b, 2017c) . In the same way, IOC -WPA Sport Psychiatry documentation (consensus statement) emerged, WPA named as: Sport injuries as one of the triggers of sport psychiatric disorder -Transcultural perspective". At the IOC small scale meeting in Monte Carlo Monaco, scholars have reported numerous sports injuries, including injury rates and disease rates at summer, winter Olympic Games (Engebretsen L, Budgett R, Soligard T, et.al., 2013), based on the early till updated 2017 study from Medline, web of science, Pascal francis, Psyndex, Livivo, ESI, CINAHL EBSCO, etc., databank, the researcher classify and express their findings both objectively. Sport injuries as one of the triggers of sport psychiatric disorder ". (1) State of depression (symptom, syndrome, semi-clinical level) in Olympic sports (2) Physical sport injury as the triggers of depressive disorders in Olympic sport (3) Suicide may as consequences of depressive disorder, bipolar and related disorder (DSM V) (4) Suicide may as consequence of Neurocognitive Disorders (DSM V) initiating by Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) /Concussion (5) Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) will be inclusive in ICD 11 (WHO) first time in 2018. Thus, from Sport TCM Psychiatry perspective, present major depressive disorders, Bipolar and related disorders, Neurocognitive Disorders (DSM V) At the Web site of Oxford University, in the context of the study "social aesthetics and mental health", the author presented the Olympic side effect, "INHOSPITALITY: Invisible war of Olympic Game -The suicide of Olympic champion and members of Olympic Family", the huge problems of Social Aesthetics and Mental Disease in Olympic sport, even cost the life of athletes, coaches, senior sports officials. WPA handed on documentation to IOC included: suicide cases study in discipline of football, wrestling, rugby and Olympic Games from book "Sport Psychiatry I-III"(L.J., Zhu, J, Heil, D.Baron, 2017) further book "Suicide Achieve (Olympic stars) (L.J.Zhu, J, Heil, et.al., 2015) " .
