Infinity and Begun

Infinity chronicles the young life of Norman Tucker, a boy rejected by both family and strangers. Parents do not want him. Friends do not exist for him. With no one watching, his world is of his own choosing. Only a single voice in the nothingness breaks into his loneliness. However, a crucial event places Norm into a new situation which brings him increased attention but decreased freedom. Another man fills Norm's parental absence but invokes further uncertainty within him. Norm cannot stay here forever, but can he ever return to ordinary life? Will the boy ever overcome his ghosts of past and present? Pain cuts deep, but can his resolve prevail?Begun illustrates a young girl's impossible struggle against a cold and throttling society: a society largely positioning her as the threat. As she fights to discover her own identity, adults and peers alike combat her every gain and deliver complicated emotional wounds. By literally tracing back through her life, one can see how seemingly harmless actions compound into extensive assaults upon an individual. A single pronoun can be a matter of life and death.
