The addiction was driving my choices and that did not feel good. It was time to take my power back. Once I was honest with myself, two things shifted my perspective. The first was, the only one who can choose to smoke was me. And the second was, the only one who could choose to stop smoking was me. In full transparency, this is a humble attempt to give someone like you hope that you too can stop for good just like I did. To share with you what I wish someone shared with me when I was searching for a solution or support for years. Out of need, desire and sometimes desperation, I have taken the time to read, explore and learn healthy ways to change my life. I have also professionally counseled thousands of people to do the same over the years. I am giving you the footprints on a roadmap so you can follow it to make your journey a little easier and more successful than if you were doing this on your own. Lastly, consider this as a gentle reminder that you are not alone. Oftentimes we think we're the only ones going through something difficult.
