All too soon, the first snowflakes will fall, and we will bid farewell to America's pastime for a season. We'll enter that dark period between the last out of the World Series and the first pitch of Spring Training. I invite you to join me on a pilgrimage. I hope to scratch the itch many of us feel when we can no longer switch on a baseball game or check out a box score.
