Beskrivelse af God, Save Us From the USA
Following on from the apocalyptic events of Nothing Important Happened Today, Jack Walker has survived the nuclear holocaust. He has even survived the British survivors who wanted to separate him from his wits. The problem is that he has discovered a secret council of powerful people who used to rule the world and think they should do so again. Jack would let it alone, but this council could decide to kill the few friends he made who weren't intent on killing him. Unfortunately, there are pockets of this strange council all over the world - the biggest being in New York. If he is to save his new-found friends back in England he just may have to cause a little carnage in America. Like the rest of the world, New York is a far different place and the survivors here are an entirely different flavour of 'crazy'. Armed with his trusty kukri and his knuckleduster blades Jack attempts to infiltrate a city full of homicidal religious maniacs and an underground complex swarming with heavily armed Troopers. While doing so, Jack uncovers a secret of biblical proportions and a surprising revelation about himself.
