Beskrivelse af Gendering Political Conflicts and Building Peace in Cross River State
This book is about Gender Inequality is one that has been publicly reverberating through society for decades. The problem of inequality in policymaking is one of the most pressing issues today. In order to examine this situation, one must try to get to the root of the problem and must understand the factors that cause women to have a much more difficult time getting along with their male counterparts in politics. Therefore, this research work examined the inequalities in policy, admission to political parties and access to positions. It also investigated how political conflict hinders women's participation in politics. It investigated what is being done to solve this challenge and what measures can be taken to remedy the situation.
