Gastric Cancer: Current Status and Future Perspectives

Gastric cancer is the cancer, which develops in the lining of the stomach. Most stomach cancers are gastric carcinomas. Some of its early symptoms include upper abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea and loss of appetite. In its later stages, the cancer presents itself with yellowing of the skin and the whites of the eye, weight loss, vomiting and difficulty swallowing.
