Dietary fibre is the most important factor that modulates human biology & speciation. A low intake of dietary fibre with a diet rich in protein & fat leads to increased endosymbiotic & colonic archaeal growth & neanderthalisation of the species. This leads to induction of the Warburg phenotype & increased incidence of metabolic syndrome x, neurodegeneration, autoimmune disease, cancer, schizophrenia & autism. Population consuming a low fibre diet rich in protein and fat has its digestion happening in the small intestine. The population with predominant low fibre diet and small intestine digestion has got an increased predilection for civilizational disease. A high intake of dietary fibre leads to predominant large intestinal digestion by colonic microflora and inhibits endosymbiotic & colonic archaeal growth producing homo sapienisation of the species. This leads to decreased archaeal growth & incidence of civilizational disease. Legumes as source of protein for animals Four common field legumes (Family leguminosea) namely the green leaf desmodium (Desmodium intorturm), lucern (Medicago sativa), Common Vetch, (Vicia-sativa) and bean plant (Phaseolus vulgaris) are generally known to be good sources of protein to livestock both ruminants and non-ruminants. The green leaf desmodium is a tropical perennial forage and is a climbing plant with roots, nodes, and terminal deep pink coloured flowers. It is known to be palatable to livestock and that it has more vegetative growth than the silver leaf desmodium (Desmodium incanum).Lucerne legume is a multipurpose forage and can be used both for direct grazing usually under strip grazing or can be cut and conserved as hay or silage. Its major challenge, unlike desmodium is vulnerability to salinity, hence its establishment limitation in Kenyäs varied agro-ecological zones. The Common Vetch is an annual climbing legume with slender branched tap root and terminal tendrils that facilitate climbing on other plants. The book delves into the interdependence structure and the predictive capacities of commodities on high-pressure currencies including Ghana, Malawi, Gambia, and Madagascar, spanning from January 2015 to December 2023, utilizing the bivariate, partial, and multivariate wavelet algorithms. Fructose and streptozotocin induces diabetes in rats which finally resulted into endothelial dysfunction. Endothelial dysfunction was measured with Acetylcholine induced relaxation (endothelium dependent) and Sodium nitroprusside induced relaxation (endothelium independent) on rat thoracic aorta. To reverse endothelial dysfunction, blood pressure maintenance is most important and Fluvastatin was most significant in doing so. Fluvastatin showed significant impact on endothelial dysfunction. Dapagliflozinthat control diabetes was also able to reduce endothelial dysfunction. But combination of Fluvastatin with Dapagliflozin was found to be most effective in the management of endothelial dysfunction as compared to individual drug.
