The purpose of this book is to identify and analyze the connection, as well as effecting factors and variables, between the Black on Campus (BOC) protests and Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement out of Ferguson, Missouri. The BOC movement started in Columbus, Missouri, an hour's drive from Ferguson. Many of the BOC activists were from the greater Ferguson, Missouri, area of St. Louis County. The BOC precipitated by events at Ferguson spread throughout the nation to its oldest and most prestigious institutions of higher education's campuses. The book argues that BOC protest arose from the BLM movement. Many of the activists learned how to organize, participate and demonstrate from BLM. They were motivated to do so by perceiving that institutional racism was stifling the lives, opportunities and potentials of black youth on campus as it was in their home communities. Protesters faced the same sort of institutional resistance and inertia their grandparents faced in the Civil Rights Movement and the fight for admissions to the nation's best colleges and universities. Political backlash indeed imposed greater policing and surveillance on these activists as was done 50 years ago. Also revealed is how Christianity was highjacked by the wealthy to falsely reinforce the self-reflective image and not interfere or support their racial hegemony and so-called "Manifest Destiny."

Under Trump, racial profiling, dehumanization, vigilante killings, and abuse of non-whites is peaking. The administration is ignoring this problem. Fox News and other far right media outlets are justifying this "belligerent neglect." Also examined is the culture of corruption and indiscretions perpetuated by Trump. Attention is given on how Trump has eroded "the rule of law" and constitutional rights other than the 2nd amendment. The book tackles where his corruption, bigotry, white supremacy, and fascist worldview is leading our nation and breaking our fragile democracy. The purpose of this book is to examine the fear of empowered and liberated black men determining their own destiny and that of their families from slavery to the present. This fear has resulted in a surge of unwarranted killings by police, arrest, convictions and incarcerations comparable to the Jim Crow Era. Most of these police killings are unrecorded and few if any are indicted. Solutions are sought on methods and means that could save lives and provide public safety for communities of color. Analysis is given into why changes in the treatment of African-Americans have evolved incrementally rather than substantially as presumed by conservatives. Highlighted is the violent repression experience upon African-Americans from slavery, the Apartheid of Jim Crow, and today's Jim Crow Jr., is perused, scrutinized, and revealed. A rationale for a socio-political movement is provided to insure that all Americans are treated equally before the law. It does appear from the onset of this study that a wide discrepancy exist between our ideals, beliefs, attitudes, and practices. The book examines the brute stereotype from its roots in slavery roots in slavery, including its evolution toward arbitrariness at the highest level. The brute caricature appears to be more prevalent after slavery during the Reign of Terror against African-Americans when lynching them was commonplace entertainment. The lives and experiences of African-Americans in the Jim Crow South is the pinnacle of the examination. During that period, white people were particularly taught to fear the perceived savagery and brutality of African-American males who did not know their place as "Servants of the Servants of God." Legal and extralegal means were commonplace in protecting the white population, particularly women, and civilization from this perceived subhuman. This belief and such fashioned the "defacto" prejudice toward African-Americans and the first US President of this descent. It affects the dominant group on all levels and socioeconomic classes in its devaluation of the lives and value of blacks outside of entertainment, including sports. Enablers of this hysteria and devaluation include pseudo-science presented by Drs. William Howard, Arthur Jensen, and Charles Murray's Bell Curve that have encouraged racial polarization and genocidal eugenics against African-Americans. Other enablers including politicians, the media and over publicized brutish blacks have reinforced this undesirable caricature. The history and politics scrutinized demonstrates that regardless of the level of education and aptitude, racial stereotypes that generate wealth to the dominant group prevail and dictate perceptions of competency and fear of African-Americans. It is evident that the lives of African-Americans have a lower value in a Post-Industrial, Information Age. Yet, slave and cheap labor, the latter mostly supplied by immigrants, evidently generated our nation's wealth. The labor of European immigrants have traditionally received most, if not all, of the credit. This book presents the argument that slave labor is responsible for generating the wealth that helped this nation rise from a, obscure agrarian colony to an industrial society. The migration of black labor along with immigrant labor did fuel the industrial revolution once the capital accrued from slavery built the factories, warehouses, and ships for trade and commerce. Yet, it was not until the Post-World War II period before the nation as a whole would be willing to knowledge the civil rights of African-Americans after an extended non-violent struggle that resulted in the loss of forty lives and violent beatings. The story of how we got from Jim Crow to a so-called post-racial era is given. Data is given to show "how little has changed" in race relations and treatment of Black American, particularly by our justice system. Recommendations are given to close the apparent disparity.

African-American are identified as the most targeted victims of this systemic discrimination defined as racism. The beneficiaries of racism are members of the ruling class or majority who are often unaware of their own racial privileges and advantages. But, many are resentful and fearful of gains achieved by the rising minority/majority, that as they see it, is challenging their hegemony or dominance of the culture at their expense. The research undertaken examines how society's dominant group uses law enforcement to minimize its fears of people of color protesting their oppression, like the Black Lives Matter Movement. Law enforcement in the service of the rich, powerful and privileged have launched a comprehensive surveillance and counterintelligence program on blacks protesting the unwarranted maiming and murder of unarmed African-Americans by police officers. Those demanding accountability are labelled terrorist. These means are designed to frighten activists or assassinate their character or set them up for criminal charges, arrest, conviction and incarceration. Simultaneously, conservatives and their law enforcement supporters are advocating the greater usage of aggressive and bigoted policing tactics like "Stop and Frisk" and "Racial Profiling" to stirrup minority outrage and mistrust over this continued racial mistreatment. In turn, conservative forces stereotypically blame its victims and protesters for rhetoric that they unsubstantially claim has led to the murder of police officers by, mentally-ill, career criminals.

"Greatness," to mean spirited Trump, is privy to a "master race" on parallel to Jackson, his slave owning class, and investors. He believes that if this vision is stolen by the underclass (nonwhites and allies), it must be retaken by unscrupulous means to restore America's white hegemony. The underlining causes recognize philosophies and politics that have made the lives of black more expendable. The perpetrators and beneficiaries of the expendability of black lives are identified. The perpetrators appear to be equal opportunity oppressors that serve the dominant socioeconomic group's hegemony irrespective of being a member or not. The beneficiaries are among the most privileged members of the dominant socioeconomic group. The holocaust they use and benefit from has been imposed for at least 300 years and is more incremental in contrast to the Nazis "Final Solution." Blacks do serve as entertainers. They best serve the dominant group psychologically, from their perspective, as "mudsill" for those who fail to achieve the material success expected and desired. Loss of life respecting the holocaust imposed includes reduced longevity, quality of life, and potential in this book. In defining the holocaust experienced by Black Americans, the nature and extent of the atrocities experienced will be examined. A correlation is described between racism and white resentment. The question is raised and answered on how and to what extent have white fortunes been made at the expense of blacks. A definition is given to "racial hegemony" and "American exceptionalism," including who benefits, why, and how does these concepts effect outcomes. The philosophies if Ayn Rand, Social Darwinism, and Eugenics (Sterilization and Environmental Racism) are linked to policies and practices which amount to the continuation of crimes against humanity imposed on African-Americans. They hypocrisy of being a saved Christian and following the beliefs of self-centered atheism and fearmongering in pursuit of enormous wealth, power, authority and influence is perused.
