An immense, brightly illuminated UFO appeared one night over a construction camp north of Edinburg, Texas. ABOUT THE AUTHOR
A lifelong resident of Edinburg, Texas, Noe Torres is an author, publisher, and former Texas state section director for the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON). He holds a Bachelor's in English and a Master's in Library Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
