    Michael Mosley har markerat sig som en kapabel læge inden for diet og søvn.
    "Fast Asleep" går systematiskt frem igennem de mest forekommende typer af søvnforstyrelser, og hvordan man udfra Mosleys skole kommer til en bedre søvn.
    For egen del forstod jeg gennem bogen bedre, hvad "søvnkliniker" har fortalt mig gennem åren. Mit eget problem er abnormt - min "søvn-knap" er bort-stresset. Indirekt ger Fast Asleep kommandot, at jeg skal fjerne stressårsagerne. One planet!
    Hvis Mosley i bogens mad-råd havde haft kartofler og smør med, havde bogen fået 6 stjerner. Han holder sig til olivenolie og middelhavsretter, så bogen får kun 5 stjerner.
    Det er en god bog for os med søvnproblem, og en af de gode skoler!
