Failure in the Balance

How is the success (or failure) of a church and its pastor measured? The traditional standards are things like bucks in the bank, butts in the seats and building size. Author, pastor and church planter Chris Vitarelli evaluates those standards and offers a reminder of our true measurements: Are we obedient to God, faithful in ministry and content with where God has placed us to serve?
