Maurice White A.K.A. Reese, leader of one of Southwest Ohio's notorious drug cliques is finally imprisoned. Government agents and prosecutors are determined to take down the whole clique by any means necessary. Reese plays the last card he was dealt and agrees to a lengthy federal prison sentence.
