Energy Industry Act

The idea for this translation was born during my English-held master's program, when I realized that a translation of the German Energy Industry Act was not publicly available. Now that the need for an English version of the German Energy Industry Act has been surfaced regularly during my daily work, I have realized the idea with this book. I hope that this translation will be a useful tool and, at best, perhaps even serve to convey the ideas of the Energy Industry Act beyond the borders of Germany.
