Sports are usually governed by a set of rules or customs, which serve to ensure fair competition and allow consistent adjudication of the winner. Winning can be determined by physical role events such as scoring goals or crossing a line first or by the determination of judges who are scoring elements of the sporting performance, including objective or subjective measures such as technical performance or artistic impression. Several training methods are used in sports for improving the athlete¿s fitness level and performance, for example, circuit training, resistance training, continuous training, strength training, interval training. In this sequence, SAQ training method is also an efficient training method for athlete. SAQ stands for Speed, Agility, and Quickness. SAQ training is a system of progressive exercise and instruction aimed at developing fundamental motor abilities to enhance the capability of players or athletes to be more skillful at faster speeds and with greater precision. SAQ Training plays an important role in motor coordination, acceleration, balance, agility and reaction development at all ages.
