Dristi Pradeep ( Bengali Edition )

Dristi Pradeep is a Bengali language novel by Bibhutibhushan Bandyopadhyay. This story is about the life of Jitu who at first lived in Darjeeling with his parents and brother- sister. Later their life changed completely as his father lost his mental balance and they had to shift to their ancestor's house for shelter. Here they faced poverty which affected all the characters in different ways.
