Detours

Sharon Marcum, a divorced mother of three sons often wears a cloak of failure, disappointment, and despair. Throughout life's winding journey she finds that both good and bad situations can be used to thrive. One of her desires is to escape her hometown, Sodom and Gomorrah Illinois, a small destitute town situated along the banks of the Mississippi River. With the help of her family and unforeseen spiritual guidance, she later realizes that the chains she wears require personal emancipation. Once she is freed from the Sodom, mindset, she is able to muddle through her maze like life.
