Beskrivelse af Design of intra-vascular access based mechanical ventilation of lung
Mechanical ventilation of lung is an essential part of modern ICU management. Based upon the principle of ¿The theory of relative stability¿, published in 2016, a new pulmonary device can be created. Basically, ¿The theory of relative stability¿ is a very fundamental law of equilibrium. The new mechanical ventilation device has some unique advantage over the traditional mechanical ventilation of lung. The mode of action of the new device is totally different from the conventional one. The new device is intra-vascular access based rather than conventional lung based device. As a result, complete planned de-function of the both lungs can be done using it. Therefore, patients with un- salvable state of lungs (extensive or total pulmonary dysfunction, injury, failure etc.) can be saved. Moreover, extensive pulmonary, thoracic and mediastinal surgery will be possible. Patient will complete cardio-respiratory failure can be saved. As an ICU device precise monitoring and intervention of organ (pulmonary) function can be done. Beginning of a new era of organ support and so on¿
