Cookin' for Cowboys

Every year, on the fourth Saturday in July, the USA celebrates National Day of the Cowboy. This year's 2018 event falls on 28th July. The cowboy is an American symbol of the West. Being a cowboy though is about much more than just wearing a Stetson and rodeo riding; it's about loving, working and respecting the land. To honor the National Day of the Cowboy, Cookin' for Cowboys has rounded-up a collection of 40 modern and traditional recipes to celebrate the Old West.
