Conversations Worth Having for Shift This!: Facilitator Guide and Planning Journal

CWH for Shift This! helps teachers, trainers, and facilitators use the experiential learning game Shift This! as a practical basis for teaching effective communication. Two simple practices--asking generative questions and using a positive frame--allow anyone to turn any conversation into one worth having. The game is fast moving, fun, and competitive. Played similarly to Apples to Apples, players try to turn a negative interaction towards a more productive conversation by applying one of their question cards.
