Bag om Bustle & Sew Magazine Issue 51

Welcome to the wonderful world of Bustle & Sew and Issue 51 of our monthly magazine packed with projects, features, articles and much more besides, in fact it's a Jolly Good Read! The Bustle & Sew Magazine is not your average news stand read. Rather it's more of a mini-book full of goodies designed to appeal to everyone who loves to create lovely items for home and family. Inside you'll discover a collection of six new Bustle & Sew projects as well as features, articles, a round of of online goodies, baking - and even a poetry corner. The Bustle & Sew Magazine is the work of just two women - Helen Dickson, the founder of and creative force behind the Bustle & Sew bunny and her daughter Rosie who joined the team last year! So if you're expecting a glossy high-street, high-budget publication, stuffed with adverts and promotions, then this probably isn't the magazine for you. But if you looking for quirky, unusual and fun sewing projects, all with Helen's unique style, and enjoy filling your home with beautiful ideas, then you're sure to love the Bustle & Sew Magazine. This month there's lots of hand embroidery - whether you'd like to stitch a vintage-inspired tea cosy or perhaps indulge yourself with a beautiful handcrafted cosmetics pouch. And we're excited to introduce the first in our series of four Wind in the Willows themed softies (we're always being asked for softies that boys can enjoy too and hope these will fit the bill), Mr Badger. Look out for Toad next month! Then there's a lovely Dutch bunny doorstop to stop those pesky spring breezes (great for drying your clothes - look out for our peg bag too) from blowing your doors closed with a bang! There's lots to read between the covers too - and don't forget, you are free to sell items you personally have made from Bustle & Sew patterns. All the templates are included at full size, so there's no awkward re-sizing - no fiddling around with photocopiers or hanging around at printing shops - you can start creating straight away! There are images of all the Bustle & Sew projects on the front of the cover so you can see at a glance what's inside. Remember - the Bustle & Sew Magazine is an independent stitching and home magazine that carries no advertising at all - every page is full of content for you to enjoy. It's also available as a digital magazine over on the Bustle & Sew website - where you'll find lots more stitchy goodness to enjoy. You can keep up to date with all the goings on in Devon where Helen lives with her two Newfoundland Dogs, Daisy and Ben - there's never a dull moment!
