Following the untimely death of his father, young, aspiring novelist Oliver must abandon his own ambitions and drop out of university in order to raise his younger brother. Faced with financial difficulties, the prospect of a first true love and the return of his estranged mother, will Oliver finally be able to overcome his dark past and do right by the few people in his life that he truly cares for?
