Brandy - My Amazing Wonder Dog

Ten year old Finlay finds an abandoned puppy while he is on a paper round. He and his friends name the Collie puppy Brandy. But there is a problem. Finlay's Dad says that they cannot bring a puppy up in a sweet & newspaper shop. Dad says they must comply with the Health and Safety rules.
