Border Crossings of My Youth

This is the true story of a young man who grows up on different sides of the political border between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. It charts his journey through childhood and adolescence into young manhood. Set in the period 1943 to 1964 it is a record of the social history of that time. The author, like many young men of his day, entered a seminary as a teenager to test if he had a vocation to the priesthood in the Catholic Church.
