Arbor Street Buddies

The Arbor Street Buddies series highlights the daily adventures of three Mexican-American friends in a middle-income neighborhood. The book contains three stories in one: "Carnival Days", "Campout," and "The Great July 4th Block Party." The Arbor Street Buddies series connects the lives of these friends as they enjoy their adventures on their cul-de-sac. The mixture of old and new values can be seen when Isaiah David (ID), Bub, and Derrick spend time with family while still connected to their world of video games and adventure. Their imaginative and curious natures lead them in their friendship, free to be who they are.
