I bought this because my therapist recommended it to supplement what we were doing in therapy and I would highly highly recommend it to anyone struggling with anxiety. I found this so helpful. It has great information in it but what I appreciated the most was the quizzes and short answer exercises. Really helped me apply what I was learning. It’s been really helpful to help me communicate better with my therapist too.
