I loved this book. It’s so nice to have tools that refuse to let anxiety or worry control your life. It’s wasn’t better than therapy, but what is? This would be a great tool book for those you don’t or cants get a counselor. Working in mental health, I really appreciate that. I really loved how easy to read and how direct it was. It helped me. Also, there is some great nuggets on how to almost self-diagnose what is causing anxiety and worry, including symptoms and stressors. I think the breath of information in terms that laypeople can understand is very valuable. The fact it is so common makes this an important book in this day and age.
