The 2015 re-edition has been reviewed, proof-read and augmented to consider your feedback and comments. And, naturally, the story remains the same: late 2013, tired of my road warrior life, I felt the whinny needs to share my experiences flying on American Airlines- Chronically delayed flights- Infected tray tables- Tap water contaminated with fecal substance- Complete lack of information from the gate agents- Absolute refusal to take responsibility on schedule and operations- Clear denial of any sort of liability- Fragile Information Technology Infrastructure- Shameless lies to explain why planes are diverted- Numerous technical problems, and- Unequal Customer Services- Inefficient gate agents and unfriendly flight attendants- Undertrained or incompetent pilots... I wanted to share my frustration, and inform passengers of their rights. And, as always, enjoy your flight!
