In theory, based on his volumes of books and articles, it covers his different ideas and thoughts or debates on various socio-economic and political system. And the practices cover every attempt made by him or his successors to implement his idea of social democracy. It covers the different constitutional, legal and administrative arrangements, and amendments of the Indian constitution for achieving the aforesaid goal.
