We live in a beautiful, wonderful, and at times even scary world together. Whether you realize it or not, it's you, me, and about seven and a half billion other people trying to live our lives to the best of our abilities each and every day. This book may be your first attempt at living a better life, or it may just be a refresher on what you already know. Either way, I promise you that this book will serve you well if you allow it. Keep an open mind and know that I have nothing but the best intentions in sharing this information with you. What you are about to read includes a columniation of information that I have gathered over nearly thirty years of research and experience.
