This Memoir is a very personal journey of how childhood trauma can close your
heart and through visualisation, meditation, shamanic practice and therapy we can work
towards opening the heart once again and live with joy.
Born in January 1941 in Harrow, Rosie Kincaid is now living in beautiful Devon. She has two daughters, five grandchildren, two great granddaughters, and one great grandson. She runs an earth healing group and has been a Reiki Master for some years offering healing and attunements. Her spiritual path has taken her across the world to India in her quest for spiritual truth. Rosie's interest in Astrology started some thirty-five years ago and has helped her own healing working with the phases of the Moon. Rosie's ancestry gives her strong Celtic roots to Ireland and honours her mother's maiden name for this book.
