Beskrivelse af Aging, A Healthy Meaningful Journey
There is no way to reverse the aging process, even though many people for thousands of years, including kings and queens, have tried to search for the magic formula for longevity in vain. But you can make judicious, simple choices that will help you slow down many of debilitating effects of aging. This book is written as a guide for all of us to improve our chances of living a longer, happier, and more productive life with optimal functioning of our mind and body.
