Shaggy is visiting his cousin, Stella, for the weekend. Shaggy declares he's going to make all the rules for anything they play. When Shaggy and Stella play circus, Shaggy is the ring master, the lion tamer, and the trapeze artist. Stella is the clown. Stella isn't happy about Shaggy's energetic assertiveness and being a bossy, rascal cousin.
