A Harness for the Water

In this story of madness, obsession, and broken taboos, Allan, a successful businessman abruptly walks out of his job, flies to Nepal, and begins an epic quest through the Himalayas in search of his two former lovers: the brilliant and eccentric Marren Quinn, and her twin brother, Jonathan, whom he hasn't heard from in seventeen years. As he faces the challenges of remote mountain paths, he enters a dream-like world of Buddhist monks, strange prophecies, and memories of the years he spent with Marren and Jonathan until he is finally forced to confront the truth about the twins and his own obsessive longing.
