It is a simple illustration of what I think a life or soul is, living through different lifetimes, thinking about what life and reality means to each life cycle of the soul.

This book includes 50 illustrations overall which are not related to each other and I will prepare a story (manuscript) for a few of them to publish in the future. All my illustrations are done by hand, not using digital media since I can transfer my feelings and thoughts to the audience better when I illustrate by my own hands.

A cute book packed with motivation, mantras, made-up exercise terms, and a lot of heart, STIFF follows Jules' journey through buckets of sweat to come out better than before. And while reading STIFF won't make you a workout enthusiast overnight, it will help you get started on your journey from zero to hero. Because all you really need to succeed are good gym shoes and a never give up attitude.

The Constitution of the Republic of Ghana (1992) in particular is a landmark constitution in the sense that it purports to provide for all situations that human experience could call to mind. It also endeavours to provide for possible situations that can be anticipated. This is quite understandable because life in this age is so complex that reliance on only scientific knowledge and method or what can be proved alone is not enough. The late Twentieth century world was overwhelmed with a shocking fact that human beings were detonating themselves in the Middle East in what has come to be commonly known as Suicide Bombing. Nigeria is a federation while Ghana is a unitary republic. Both however derive their common experiences in governance from Britain as well as empirical occurrences. It is in this context that all can view these constitutional provisions as well as their backgrounds. Readers are implored to look at the issues discussed in this work without prejudices. My paramount aim is to set the records straight and not to denigrate; I also aim at creating awareness so that no tyrannical dictator should get an opportunity to rise up again in Ghana any day. It has to be admitted that there is something nasty about the human species: The tendency to be absolutely domineering to the exclusion and the consideration of other people's views or interests, a situation, which should not be allowed to manifest in persons trusted with top leadership positions in governance. That is what successive constitutional arrangements in Ghana and Nigeria, especially in the former, have sought to achieve.

The book gives a biography of Almakan Bekov based on the conversation with a famous healer and seer, who, by the will of God, was called to save seriously ill patients, as well as to give predictions for the future. Almakan Bekova predicted the fate of all the presidents of Kyrgyzstan. But she sees her main vocation and work of life in returning the heritage of the Great Kyrgyz Kaganate to the people of Kyrgyzstan. We believe that the unique fate of the heroine of the book will arouse wide interest among readers, and this work will be appreciated. The book has already been translated into Russian and English, and one of these days it will be presented to the attention of readers of both hemispheres in electronic and printed (book) versions.
