We have to be not only eternally vigilant but also take advantage of the opportunities offered by emerging technologies to banish poverty, which is a blot on humanity in modern times.

This collection of short stories is my first humble offering as a writer. The book contains a fictional story called 'The Jinx' All the other stories are autobiographical. It is my earnest hope that readers may relate to them and enjoy them just as I enjoyed recounting my experiences. If that happens, even partially, my purpose will be served.
