This book consist of a variety of poems for daily living. Poems are presented as prayers to God. Also encouraging words and insight to the reader that reveal the love, grace, peace, salvation, and the blessings of God through faith and hope. Words for thought are also included at end of the book as wisdom to ponder.

Buster is an orange tabby cat who is rescued from a life on the big city streets by a friend of Mister and Missus. Mister and Missus live in an old house in a much smaller city. Though their home is surrounded by many other fenced in properties it is often visited by a wide variety of wild critters. Buster, mister, and missus interact with these creatures in a variety of ways, some scary, some delightful, and others just plain fun.

This cookbook has been in the making for some time. I have been cooking from a young age and have had things that turn out well and things that just turn out awesome. The objective of the book is to show anyone that has an interest in cooking and in being creative can do it as long as there is a desire to take on the challenge. I have a vast variety of recipes within the book, and some are easy and a little more challenging. All my life I have been involved in music as a violinist and a conductor of symphony orchestras in which I have played and conducted all around the world. As part of a fundraising, I have done many five-course gourmet dinners for symphony orchestras, like the Edmonton symphony, the Vancouver symphony orchestra, also the Vancouver Island symphony, just to mention a few. I have created over forty-five of those types of dinners. You will find ways also to create your own combinations to suit your own taste. HAVE FUN COOKING!

Kaleidoscope of Being is my spiritual journey with the Lord through the ups and downs of Bipolar Disorder as well as life in general. God and nature play main roles in seeing me through this illness every day in every way. Welcome to my world.
