I remember when I used to work as a charge nurse at a hospital. One of my assignments was assigning job duties to other nurses. If a nurse is disobedient, some consequences follow such as being written up and of course no one likes to be written up because it goes in the annual evaluation. Perhaps, it has been many known cases for faulty accidents that have caused wrongful deaths.
