As a first-time writer, I found it difficult to put into words what I believed was the Lord knocking on the door of a receptive believer, servant, and witness.The inspiration for this book came when I prayed to the Lord. Think of Proverbs 23:7, Matthew 6:33, and Luke 18:17.A noteworthy pastor with experience and at least a doctorate degree in divinity is usually the only one who can write at this level. However, I disagree and say they won't reference Romans 2:11.The events we are currently witnessing and experiencing are clearly the wrath of God. I believe that nothing short of an open collective prayer initiative is the only thing that may save our nation. I spend my days explaining to people how they can expect to die. The Conversations of Palliative Care is a book related to decisions people have to make at end of life as well as those asked of them in the months or years leading up to then. It is a book designed to get people to begin to realize how their illnesses affect them and what the natural course of their illness is expected to be. A variety of topics related to this unique time in a person's life is described as well as considerations for those who provide palliative care. Symptom management, staff angst, ethical issues, documentation, religious and social needs are addressed as well as specifics related to disease states, among other issues. The information is then personified through case studies: within a hospital, at a private residence, and a pediatric vignette. The purpose of this book is to raise awareness to end-of-life decisions patients are asked to make while increasing the comfort level of the medical staff who care for them. Ultimately, palliative care increases patient empowerment and knowledge about their bodies and unique set of medical diagnoses. Decisions they ultimately make regarding medical interventions are aligned to their person beliefs. These decisions are truly made in an educated manner. Utilized correctly, palliative care follows a person throughout the health care continuum.

These stories tell the wrong path we are headed unless we change the outcome. The racial injustice, police reform, and changing this hate into love for all immigrants living in our land. America is made from immigrants coming to America to have a better life for themselves and their families. We must strive to do our part and eliminate systemic racism of all races coming or born in this country we love and call home. The sex and human trafficking and illegal drugs that have stained our land must cease to exist.

This is the story of a little girl called Cindy and her beautiful songbird, Amy, their intimacy and challenges. Cindy's bird (Amy) affected Amy positively. It shows how children can be attached with pets once a cordial relationship has been formed. In this story, Cindy showed us that children can have unwavering faith even if it seemed goofy, unrealistic, and an illusion!
