Die Harmonisierungsbestrebungen innerhalb der EU und die rapide fortschreitende globale Intergration verändern die Anforderungen sowohl an die technisch-organisatorischen als auch an dierechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen der Kapitalmärkte. Auf der Grundlage der Theorien der Institutionellen Mikroökonomie untersucht Sabine L. Kress die Konsequenzen unterschiedlicher Organisationsformen von Handelssystemen.
