Die dreigestrichene Lage bleibt jedoch ausgespart. An Rhythmik, Artikulation und Phrasierung werden in Band 2 der Easy Concert Pieces etwas höhere Anforderungen gestellt als in Band 1. Die ausgewählten Stücke ermutigen zur Gestaltung der Melodie und Differenzierung der Dynamik, und verschiedene einfache Verzierungen sind enthalten.Band 3 (ED 22624) enthält Stücke, deren Tonumfang teilweise über das c''' hinaus reichen. Featuring works from the Baroque to Modern eras, a wide variety of styles are covered. Volume 1 contains easy pieces that are playable in the first two years of lessons. The included piano accompaniments are also easy and therefore can be played by another student. Alternatively all accompaniments are available on the play-along CD.
