Wheel misalignment refers to the geometrical relationship of the wheels to the vehicle itself, to each other and to the road. Ideally, all four wheels should be aimed straight ahead, parallel to each other, perpendicular to the road and perpendicular to their respective axles. Wheel balance refers to the even distribution of weight around counter weights to prevent them from having heavy spots that can cause vibration and premature wearing of tyres, struts, shocks and other steering and suspension components. These factors are:- 1. Factors pertaining to wheels. 2. Steering geometry. 3. Steering linkages. 4. Suspension system. Torsion beam suspension, also known as a torsion bar or torsion spring suspension, is a vehicle suspension system. One end of a long metal bar is attached firmly to the vehicle chassis; the opposite end terminates in a lever, mounted perpendicular to the bar, that is attached to the axle of the suspension arm or wishbone. Vertical motion of the wheel causes the bar to rotate along its axis and is resisted by the bar¿s torsion resistance.

Experimental investigations of Aluminium plates by doping of metals such as lead and zinc by solid state diffusion process before being joined by friction stir welded was carried out successfully. Same metal weld and work piece don¿t give the better strength at the welding point. So the alternative is made the metal alloy at the point of weld. With the help of alloy formation it gives the better strength as well as improves the properties of metal. Doping process will used to improve the properties of metal, so that weld bead gives the maximum strength. After carrying out number of trial experiments, it has been found that the aluminium sample doped with Pb (Lead) and welded with cylindrical tool profile gives the maximum value of micro hardness as well as tensile strength. However, there is reduction in values of micro hardness and tensile strength if the aluminium is doped with Zinc metal.

Friction stir welding (FSW) is a relatively new solid-state joining process. This joining technique is energy efficient, environment friendly, and versatile. In particular, it can be used to join high-strength aerospace aluminum alloys and other metallic alloys that are hard to weld by conventional fusion welding. FSW is considered to be the most significant development in metal joining in a decade. Recently, friction stir processing (FSP) was developed for microstructural modification of metallic materials. In this review article, the current state of understanding and development of the FSW and FSP are addressed. Particular emphasis has been given to: (a) mechanisms responsible for the formation of welds and microstructural refinement, and (b) effects of FSW/FSP parameters on resultant microstructure and final mechanical properties. While the bulk of the information is related to aluminum alloys, important results are now available for other metals and alloys. At this stage, the technology diffusion has significantly outpaced the fundamental understanding of microstructural evolution and microstructure¿property relationships.
