This book presents selected papers from the 6th International Conference on Inventive Systems and Control (ICISC 2022), held on 6-7 January 2022 at JCT College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore, India. The conference proceedings of ICISC 2022 includes an analysis of the class of intelligent systems and control techniques that utilizes various artificial intelligence technologies, where there is no mathematical models and system available to make them remain controlled. Inspired by various existing intelligent techniques, the primary goal of ICISC 2022 proceedings is to present the emerging innovative models to tackle the challenges faced by the existing computing and communication technologies.

On behalf of the Organizing and Program Committees of the 3rd European Conference on Universal Multiservice Networks (ECUMN 2004), it is our great pleasure to introduce the proceedings of ECUMN 2004, which was held during October 25-27, 2004, in Porto, Portugal. In response to the Call for Papers, a total of 131 papers were submitted from 29 countries. Each paper was reviewed by several members of the Technical Program Committee or by external peer reviewers. After careful assessment of thereviews,53paperswereacceptedforpresentationin13technicalsessions;half of them originated from countries outside Europe (mainly Asia). This illustrates the strong interest of this conference beyond its original geographical area. The conference program covered a variety of leading-edge research topics which are of current interest, such as wireless networks, mobile ad hoc networks, sensor networks, mobility management, optical networks, quality of service and tra?c, transport protocols, real-time and multimedia, Internet technologies and applications, overlay and virtual private networks, security and privacy, and network operations and management. Together with three plenary sessions from France T' el' ecom, Siemens, and Cisco Systems, these technical presentations - dressed the latest research results from the international industry and academia and reported on ?ndings on present and future multiservice networks.

Welcometothe11thInternationalConferenceonTelecommunications(ICT2004)ho- ed by the city of Fortaleza (Brazil). As with other ICT events in the past, this professional meeting continues to be highly competitive and very well perceived by the international networking community, - tracting excellent contributions and active participation. This year, a total of 430 papers from 36 countries were submitted, from which 188 were accepted. Each paper was - viewed by several members of the ICT2004 Technical Program Committee. We were very pleased to receive a large percentage of top-quality contributions. Thetopicsofsubmittedpaperscoveredawidespectrumfromphotonictechniques,signal processing,cellularnetworks,andwirelessnetworks,toadhocnetworks.Webelievethe ICT2004papersofferawiderangeofsolutionstokeyproblemsintelecommunications, and describe challenging avenues for industrial research and development. In addition to the conference regular sessions, seven tutorials and a workshop were organized.Thetutorialsfocusedonspecialtopicsdealingwithnext-generationnetworks. The workshop focused on particular problems and solutions in heavily distributed and shareable environments. We would like to thank the ICT 2004 Technical Program Committee members and referees. Without their support, the creation of such a broad conference program would not be possible. We also thank all the authors who made a particular effort to contribute to ICT2004. We truly believe that due to all these efforts the ?nal conference program consisted of top-quality contributions. The 1st Workshop on Service Assurance with Partial and Intermittent Resources (SAPIR 2004) was the first event in a series introducing the concept of pi-resources and bridging it with the emerging and important field of distributed and heavily shared resources. The topics concerning this event are driven by a paradigm shift occurring in the last decade in telecommunications and networking considering partial and intermittent resources (pi-resources). The Internet, converged networks, delay-tolerant networks, ad hoc networking, GRID-supporting networks, and satellite communications require a management paradigm shift that takes into account the partial and intermittent availability of resources, including infrastructure (networks, computing, and storage) and service components, in distributed and shared environments. A resource is called partial (p-resource) when only a subset of conditions for it to function to complete specification is met, yet it is still able to provide a (potentially degraded) service, while an intermittent or sporadic resource (i-resource) will be able to provide a service for limited and potentially unpredictable time intervals only. Partial and intermittent services are relevant in environments characterized by high volatility and fluctuation of available resources, such as those experienced in conjunction with component mobility or ad hoc networking, where the notion of traditional service guarantees is no longer applicable. Other characteristics, such as large transmission delays and storage mechanisms during the routing, require a rethinking of today's paradigms with regards to service assurance and how service guarantees are defined.

The International Conference on Networking (ICN 2005) was the fourth conf- ence in its series aimed at stimulating technical exchange in the emerging and important ?eld of networking. On behalf of the International Advisory C- mittee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to the proceedings of the 2005 event. Networking faces dramatic changes due to the customer-centric view, the venue of the next generation networks paradigm, the push from ubiquitous n- working,andthenewservicemodels.Despitelegacyproblems,whichresearchers and industry are still discovering and improving the state of the art, the ho- zon has revealed new challenges that some of the authors tackled through their submissions. InfactICN2005wasverywellperceivedbytheinternationalnetworkingc- munity. A total of 651 papers from more than 60 countries were submitted, from which 238 were accepted. Each paper was reviewed by several members of the Technical Program Committee. This year, the Advisory Committee revalidated various accepted papers after the reviews had been incorporated. We perceived a signi?cant improvement in the number of submissions and the quality of the submissions. Nowadays, networks and telecommunications are two of the most active ?elds. Research and development in these areas have been going on for some time, reaching the stage of products. The objectives of HSNMC 2004 (International Conference on High Speed Networks and Multimedia Communications) were to promote research and development activities and to encourage communication between academic researchers and engineers throughout the world in the areas related to high-speed networks and multimedia communications. The seventh edition of HSNMC was held in Toulouse, France, on June 30- July2,2004. Therewere266submissionstoHSNMCthisyearfrom34countries, which were evaluated by program committee members assisted by external - viewers. Each paper was reviewed by several reviewers. One hundred and one papers were selected to be included in these proceedings. The quality of s- missions was high, and the committee had to decline some papers worthy for publication. The papers selected in this book illustrate the state of the art, current d- cussions, and development trends in the areas of networks, telecommunication and multimedia applications. The contributions published in this book und- line the international importance of the related ?eld of research.
