Therefore, he was interested in Scottish folk song. He collected and prepared it to be published. When he was unsatisfied with lyrics in some of the songs, he revised it and arranged or wrote new lyrics on a former music. That is why many songs could be resurrected to life. And even though today we do not know the authors of the original music, at least we know the author of the lyrics. Therefore, we can play them on the mandolin and admire the beautifully arched melodies. Crosspicking is technnique where you switch between that are next to each other with a plectrum. Mostly you will do it according to repeating pattern. Ussually melody is on deep string and chord tones are on other strings. Adam Václav Michna z Otradovic (1600 - 1676) Czech poet and composer. He belongs among most important early Czech Baroque composers, who influenced subsequent artist generation. Michna wrote and composed Czech Lute in 1653. It is the collection of 13 pieces. I cannot forgive and quote recommendations where and how to play songs from the first issue of notes. CZECH LUTE in the holiday, on Friday, at church, at table, as it likes, at any moment, joyfully, sadly, sounding saving. That's why the CGD strings are caught by the capo on the second fret. String A is loose. It includes 97 songs from all the world and two series of Czech dances. Why to use Cut Capo? You do not have to retune tenor banjo or mandola and learn new chords although you will gain new colored chords. It suits to songers, composers and seekers of new sound. In addition, some chords will make it easier for you to play with the remaining fingers so you can play a nice fill-in. Have a nice time while discovering new sounds.

Ondrej Sarek (1979) was born in Brno in the Czech Republic, where he studied composition at the Janacek Academy of Performing Arts in Brno prof. Frantisek Emmert and in parallel musicology at Masaryk University in Brno. Ondrej Sarek ´s composing is very diverse. In addition to music for chamber ensembles, symphony orchestra or choir he wrote three mini-operas, music for film, television, music for seven theater productions, folk and instrumental music for rock ensemble. His songs are played not only in this country but also on stages abroad (Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, England) and some of the songs took enough so they were issued abroad (USA, Germany, England). At various competitions Ondrej Sarek won eleven awards. Musical style of Ondrej Sarek simplifies gradually and absorbs into itself inspiration from folk music (mainly Central European). In addition to composing, Ondrej Sarek plays the folk instruments. His specialty is the ukulele, guitar, mandolin, mandola, tenor guitar, irish bouzouki, concertina and diatonic accordion. For these instruments wrote and arranged over two hundred and fifty books.

Guitalele belongs to new music instruments. So far very few sheets were written for this instrument. I decided to fill a gap in the market. You will find 15 known songs in the book. Each song is recorded twice, whether you have any more to play with. As the guitalele tuned "A2 D3 G3 C4 E4 A4", the guitar with a capo on the fifth fret or Requinto can play from these notes. In the end I added double page with most used chords. For the reason it is important for guitalele players to meet this kind of music. The equipment for guitar players includes campanela style which is the best for Gregorian chant play. This style helps to induce a large cathedral reverb. Therefore, left hand fingering is written above tablatures. Try to keep it and have strings drone.

I chose 18 popular Minuet from different musical folk songbooks. More often, the name of this dance was misspelled as "Minet". These dances are an example of how people in the village managed to modify what they heard from the nobility. They preserved the tempo and grandeur of the original noble minuet. Beautiful moments with Czech folk music.
