In the Book of Genesis, it is recorded that God made the earth and everything in it. When Adam and Eve committed the first sin, they were cast out of the Garden of Eden. The Biblical Record will show that almost 6000 years have passed since man inherited and began to populate the earth. During this period of time God has dealt with mankind over seven distinct periods of time called dispensations. The Holy Scriptures also record eight major covenants that God made with man in which He promised blessings and favor if man obeys the conditions set forth in each covenant. When man disobeyed and sinned against God, he suffered the consequences. As man was punished or blessed, God would give signs of His faithfulness and enduring patience. It is important to understand the nature and character of God as man seeks redemption and salvation. The progressive revelation of God and how He will redeem sinful man defines and clarifies one of the most important question that could ever be asked: What is the eternal plan of God to redeem and save mankind? This book will carefully examine each dispensation, covenant and sign and discuss the role that each plays in the eternal plan of God. It is believed that this is the first book to discuss dispensations and covenants as a unified topic. The set of eight signs given to man also appear to be defined in this book for the first time.

The Book of Ruth is a classic story of disobedience, consequence and restoration. It is revered by both the Jewish and Christian faiths as a part of the canon of Scripture. The Book of Ruth took place sometime during the period of the judges. It is one of the shortest books in the Bible, but it is full of historical, biblical and prophetic truths. This book was written to (1) Interpret and analyze the story of Ruth as written by a holy scribe verse by verse (Authorized King James Version) and (2) Attempt to fully explain and present the prophetic structure of the book.Don T. Phillips is a teacher of the Word and a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church in College Station, Texas. He is a popular speaker and teacher of Biblical Prophecy. He is currently married with two sons, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He is also an active member of the Gideons.

Where is Gehenna? Tartarus? The Bottomless Pit? What is Paradise? Who are demons? There is one thing that each Christian must face, and that is the specter of death. Death can come to each individual in many forms: A child, a spouse, a friend or a family member. To a Christian, death is simply the inevitable end of life upon this earth. It is not a terminal event but the gateway to eternal life. The Christian should have no fear of death since it is simply the transition of one's soul from one sphere of existence to another. The Holy Bible is not silent about life after death, but it is a topic which not only requires careful and diligent inquiry of God's word, but a study of relevant Aramaic and Hebrew words in the Old Testament, and the meaning of Greek words in the New Testament. Closely associated with spiritual life after physical death is judgment and rewards.Every person, whether saved or unsaved, will stand before the Lord to receive either rewards or condemnation. Some of the angels which God created followed Satan in a great rebellion against God, and they will also be judged. This book uses the Holy Scriptures to identify the compartments created by God for both humans and angels. Judgments and resurrection of the righteous and unrighteous dead will also be discussed, along with the nature and fate of fallen angels. Some may be greatly surprised at what is revealed from the Holy Scriptures….all will be enlightened and informed.Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.Matthew 7:7

The Book of Revelation is a record (unveiling) of events which were shown to the Apostle John by Jesus Christ. The revelation given to John spanned a period of time from approximately 93 AD until a new heaven and new earth is put into place after the Tribulation Period. Perhaps the greatest problem in properly understanding and interpreting the Revelation Record is that the Book of Revelation is not written in a time-sequenced, chronological narrative. General descriptions of things to come are presented and then later followed by details. In addition, parenthetical passages are inserted to describe or clarify main events. While the Book of Revelation is not presented in a chronological sequence, it is clearly divided into three main divisions: (1) Things which thou (John) hast seen, (2) Things which are (7 letters to 7 churches in Asia Minor and visions of God's Throne) and (3) Things which must be hereafter (The tribulation period, the 1000 year millennial kingdom and New Heavens and New Earth). This book arranges all 22 chapters, 404 verses and 12,000 words in the order in which they occur. It is intended to supplement "The Book of Revelation: Mysteries Revealed" by Don T. Phillips.

Modern Manufacturing Methodologies have undergone three different evolutionary stages over the past 200 years. Before there were modern manufacturing plants, the world only knew skilled craftsmen who labored as individuals in very small groups to produce goods and services. The first factory evolution came about when James Watt invented the steam engine. Metal cutting, forming and assembly machines were co-located near streams or rivers forming what we now call the Job Shop or the American Armory System. The second factory evolution began when Henry Ford introduced the first modern assembly line using interchangeable parts and standardized manufacturing procedures. This gave rise to the modern flow shop, which reached its zenith during WWII. In the late 1970s, the third industrial evolution began when Taiichi Ohno and the Toyota Motor Company introduced what we now call Lean Manufacturing...and the world came. Over the last 40 years, all forms of manufacturing and service systems have embraced the concepts of Lean Thinking and proved its superiority to traditional manufacturing and service systems design. This book defines and characterizes a new breed of Manufacturing Engineer which we call the Lean Engineer. The Lean Engineer has roots in traditional Industrial engineering, but is also well trained in six-sigma methodologies and understands lean to green factory design principles. However, Lean Engineering transcends and redefines the classic Industrial engineer. Principles of Lean systems design, U-shaped Lean manufacturing cells, Linked Cell Manufacturing System design and Mixed Model final assembly lines are unique Lean Engineering strategies. This book attempts to define for the first time a new manufacturing engineering discipline called the Lean Engineer. This book: ¿ Introduces Lean System Design principles ¿ Demonstrates the conversion of traditional manufacturing lines into U-shaped Lean Cells ¿ Contrasts push versus pull manufacturing strategies ¿ Covers Balancing, Leveling and System synchronization ¿ Demonstrates Value Stream Mapping and the 7-Lean analysis tools ¿ Provides an introduction to Queuing Network Analysis for single and multiple product flows ....and many more Principles which define the Lean Engineer
