La sécurité est un aspect important de tout projet de construction. La sécurité des travailleurs de la construction est un problème majeur dans le monde entier. Chaque pays dispose d'un ensemble de directives concernant la sécurité. Le rôle de l'entreprise de construction, du consultant et de l'organisme chargé de faire appliquer la loi a une incidence sur la sécurité. Le coût de la sécurité affecte légèrement l'économie du projet. Le coût de la sécurité est différent pour chaque projet, en fonction de l'étendue des travaux, les résultats de la présente étude montrent qu'en moyenne, le coût de la sécurité représente environ 1 % du coût total du projet. Safety is an important aspect of any construction project. Safety of construction worker is a major issue all over the world. Every country has set of guidelines regarding safety. The role of Construction Company, consultant and enforcement agency affect the safety issue. The cost spent on safety slightly affects the economics of project. The cost of safety is different for every project, depending on the scope of work, the results of the present study show that, on average, the safety cost works out to be about one percent of the total project cost.The contractors have started implementing safety practices especially in metro cities. Although India labor laws are among the best in the world but their implementation is obstructed and slow. For past years, safety guidelines and cost are incorporated in the contract, so it is compulsory for contractors to abide by the guidelines to avoid the risk of penalty. Knowing the exact amount spent on safety and their distribution helps in improving safety environment for construction workers

Voltage Stability analysis is a very vital and challenging issue of the power system and maintains the stable bus voltage profile is the biggest problem. Here we applied Modal analysis, Line voltage stability indices, to study voltage collapse problem and find the weakest bus in the test bus system by using the PV curve. After investigating the weak bus, we have injected the shunt devices for maintaining the voltage profile. All parameter decided for voltage collapse by the PSAT MATLAB simulation. The modal analysis gives the Eigenvalue and Participation factor and these values help to find the weakest node in the system. Here see that smallest Eigenvalue gives the voltage collapse point and Line Voltage stability Indices help to find the weakest line corresponding to the weakest bus. We proposed the comparative analysis of three-line indices, Line Stability Index, Fast Voltage Stability Index, and Line Stability or Quality Factor. The PV curve gives the voltage collapse point with and without injecting shunt devices in the test bus system. The effectiveness of the line stability indices is demonstrated through simulation studies in IEEE 14 and IEEE 30 bus test system.
